Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with all original packaging.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (incorrect or defective item).
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except where the item is faulty or incorrect, or where required by applicable consumer protection laws.

Exceptions (Non-Refundable Items)

  • Custom-made or personalised items.
  • Digital downloads, gift cards, or software.
  • Final sale items (clearly marked at the time of purchase).

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will cover the return shipping costs and offer a replacement or a full refund, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
